1. Upload all files preserving the directory structure
2. Create /uploads/honors/ with write permissions (CHMOD 755)
3. Activate in Admin CP > Configuration > Plugins
4. Go to Users & Groups > Honors to manage honors
5. Set admin permissions under Users & Groups > Admin Permissions
