This plugin gets the latest entry's of an RSS file and shows them at the top of the forum index page.

There are different settings in the admin panel after activating this plugin:

- Default Text
This is the default text before the nieuws item, eg. Latest news:

- RSS File
The link to the RSS file, eg. http://SITE.com/rss.xml

- Items
Set the amount of items you want to show.

- Beginning ID
This is the ID where the first item in the xml file will start, some rss files use the second our third id, just test it out.

- Background Color
The background color of the newsbar, can be code our text, eg. #000000 our black.

- Border Color
The border color of the newsbar, can be code our text, eg. #000000 our black.

- Border Pixels
The thickness of the borders.
