Das Plugin korrigiert die Sommerzeit automatisch durch die Behebung des gmdate-Fehlers, entfernt die manuelle Einstellung der Sommerzeitkorrektur und setzt die
Einstellung für DST bei allen Usern auf no. Bei der Deaktivierung wird die DST für alle User auf yes gesetzt, falls zu diesem Zeitpunkt Sommer ist.
