Adds an link to add buddy to profile of user.
Can also be extended to postbit and so on. :)
With:
<a href="usercp.php?action=quickaddbuddy&uid={useruidhere}">Add to Buddy List</a>
Be sure to change {useruidhere} to the variable which contains the uid of the user.
