Hallo,
mit welcher Methode erreiche ich es, dass der Footer immer unten bleibt und nicht nach oben wandert, sobald keine bzw. sehr wenige Informationen zum anzeigen da sind? Danke!

Bin mir nicht ganz sicher was du meinst, aber mit position:fixed; kann man das erreichen.

Ich würde das entsprechende div mit einem style Tag definieren im footer template

Na das DIV was Du halt in deinem Footbereich fest haben möchtest ?! Die Entscheidung musst Du schon selber übernehmen, ich habe dir lediglich einen Lösungsvorschlag unterbreitet.
