Medals is a plugin which implements a medal system for your forum, the board administrators are able to assign medals to their members which then are present in the member's posts and profile.

Members also have the ability to "pin" their favorite medals so they'll show up first on the member's content instead of latest first.

Notable routes include /usercp.php?action=favoritemedals for members and index.php?module=user-medals for administrators that are inside the admin control panel.

Please keep in mind that this project has been marked as dev and may be unstable in certain areas, the plugin was built with PHP 8.0 and MySQL. I cannot guarantee that it will function in lower versions of PHP, particularly 7.2 and under and support is not provided.

A dedicated public-facing page for medals is coming in the future with the settings functionality for the page already present in the plugin.

Present functionality includes favorites, permissions for the UserCP page (Manage Favorites) and the ability for forum admins to configure a variety of settings specific to the plugin alongside extensive statistics exclusive to board administrators located within the Admin Control Panel.

Future functionality for this project includes caching to save database queries, administrator permissions and support for additional relational databases, currently the plugin has only been tested in MySQL.

This plugin is similar to OUGC Awards plugin and should be able to work alongside it, however this has not been tested.
