Ich habe vor dem Update das Off auf Off gesetzt und das Portal deaktiviert.
Danach alle Dateien hochgeladen. Ich bekam auch im Admin CP den Hinweis das das Forum nun aktuell wäre. Aber halt ist nun kein laufender Betrieb möglich.
Was nun?

Ahhh.....
Ich Dummbart. Hatte die alte "Lock"-Datei noch aktiv. Diese nun gelöscht, install aufgerufen. und alles ok.
