Hallo
Wenn ich mein Profil bearbeiten möchte sagt er zu mir ich muss Geburtstags-Privatsphäre ändern kann ich dies irgendwo ausschalten ? oder generell mal wissen wo ich dies einstellen kann im Admin CP

Weder noch. Du hast da ein Theme installiert, welches nicht mit deiner MyBB Version verträgt.
Teste das Ganze doch mal mit dem default Theme.
