Install Instructions:
Upload this file into your inc/plugins directory and activate from the
Admin CP Plugin Manager
Upgrade Instructions:
Just replace the old file with this one. No deactivate/reactivate
needed.
Changelog:
-moved the 'global' line
-plugin will only calculate compression stats if the debug info is
present.
