So ich habe mall in Admin-CP ~ Datenbank-Tools ~ Datenbank sichern ~ Das habe ich Schon gesichert.
Und wie Mache ich es rein "Importieren"? Wenn jemand mein Forum Hackt?

Ich empfehle dir für solche Sachen phpMyAdmin zu benutzen. Damit kannst du die DB im/exportieren und im Notfall die DB bearbeiten.
