How To Install:

1. Upload uppercase.php to /inc/plugins.
   
   
2. Go to your Admin CP and plugins.
   
   
3. Activate Uppercase Thread Titles plugin.
   

Notes: 

• This plugin does not use all uppercase letters in existing thread titles, only threads created after installing the plugin. 
  
  
• This plugin does not revert the changes made by it on deactivate.  
  
  
• Changes made by this plugin are permanent.
