Plugin Description:
This plugin is an advanced way of notes moderator.
What it does is store and display a list of all the notes you have in the moderator control panel, they can be removed from the panel moderated by the moderators but not be removed from the log of notes on the administration panel that is due caused by the discussions.
To delete all notes must be done from administration panel as to remove the log of administration!

NOTE: * in MyBB 1.8.15 there is a minor bug that causes the default moderation log to load as a blank white page due to a missing semi-colon ~/admin/modules/tools/modlog.php --> Line 284
Added corrected file in build # 2
Now after 1.8.15 the file is no longer needed and is now moved to documentation archive simply for anyone still using 1.8.15
