Funktioniert ist relativ, in Opera ist die Seite nicht benutzbar. Wo genau muss der Code eingefügt werden, zwischen die head-Tags?

ich will diese menu im header_welcomeblock_member und header_welcomeblock_guest haben..
diese code funktioniert im header_welcomeblock_XXXXX nicht.

endlich habe ich das problem gelöst..

Ich kann den Fehler nicht nachvollziehen, der Abstand wird bei mir in keinem Browser gezeigt.
