Kannst ich dies irgendwie einstellen, das die PN beim Empfänger nicht als Spam ankommen ? Für einen Tipp wäre ich dankbar...

Kannst du deine Frage bitte präzisieren? Ich verstehe leider nicht, was du meinst.
Also wenn ich einem Mitglied eine Privat Nachricht (über Benützter CP) sende per Email kommt diese bei ihm in den Spam Ordner.
Die Mails von mybb.com landen bei mir in letzter Zeit auch im Spamordner.

Das X-MSMail ist eine Zeile in inc/class_mailhandler.php

Diese Zeile habe ich bei mir rausgeworfen. Auf RDNS hat man (bei Shared Host/Mail) wenig Einfluß. Freemailer sollte man halt nicht unbedingt verwenden.

Wobei dies in keinem Fall alleine ausreicht. Für MyBB 1.6.10 habe ich dies aber schon vor einiger Zeit geändert.
