Both of the above can be toggled. Email is banned no matter what.
The button is ONLY available to admins, and it will appear as a submit button below other admin options. This plugin edits a template, [/i]member_profile_adminoptions[/i] and restores to normal upon deactivation.
There is a pop-up confirmation box upon button-click.
