Eine neue Erweiterung wurde veröffentlicht: Show thread rating

Well, it's rather simple, will just make the "Thread rating:" bit a link to a new page that will display who rated the thread, and the note. Just look at the screenshots.
I didn't experience any bugs, but like I said it's my very first time, it might be buggy and is certainly not well optimized.
But I thought some people might want to use it as it's a really good idea, and Labrocca never released his...
I didn't add any license file, it's a really simple thing, and you are free to do whatever you want with it.
Also, if ever an experienced plugin author comes and has a look at it, I would be happy to hear about the possible improvements.
