The default avatar, signature, and profile options that you set in the Admin CP will be given to each user who registers on your forum.

Install Instructions:
1) Upload defaultprofile.php into your inc/plugins directory.
2) Activate from the Admin CP Plugin Manager.
3) Configure settings in Admin CP --> Configuration --> Settings --> Default Profile
