da fehlt was in zeile 437 in php datei , lese dir die anleitung vom Autor durch fals vorhanden.

auserdem steht da Kompatibilität: MyBB 1.6.x

Der Fehler entsteht wahrscheinlich, weil das Plugin versucht, einen User-Avatar aus der Avatar-Galerie zu generieren.
Die Galerie ist aber in MyBB 1.8 nicht mehr enthalten.
Du könntest versuchen, das Avatar-Gallery Plugin für MyBB 1.8 zu installieren. Möglicherweise funktioniert dann auch das MyDevel Plugin, falls nicht noch an anderen Stellen Probleme auftreten.
