Installing
1. Upload the folder "blackinci-3" to your ./ directory (not /images Directory)
2. Import the XML theme file in the Admin CP.
3. Set it to what you want it to be (Default, only to select usergroups, etc.)
For ?e6 and ?E7 Upgrade:
Admin Panel > Themes > Headerinclude:
Search {$stylesheets} and copy paste code:
