Upload all the files in the '!upload' folder into the root of your forums directory.
Then login to your admin Panel and install the plugin.
[ How to get Threads to show on another website ]
See the !Example File. Please not if there '<?php' the file you wish to show the threads in needs to be a .php
You could also give iFrames a go, but they suck ^^
